Many Council documents are freely available for download from this website, while others are available for inspection at Citizen Services, Norwood Town Hall.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 1991 you have the right to access (subject to certain restrictions) documents held by the Council.
If you cannot gain access to a particular document, require further information about the Freedom of Information process, or to submit a completed FOI Request for access form contact the Council’s Freedom of Information Officer
