The Council offers a range of convenient payment methods.

Online payments

Pay a Council Invoice 

You can make a payment online through our secure e-services website.

The e-services website accepts payments via Visa or Mastercard.

Payments are processed within 24 hours.

The Council uses Commonwealth Bank BPoint as its preferred secure payment method.

You can use e-services to make the following payments:

  • Parking expiations (expiations are available for online payment the next business day after issue)
  • Dog expiations
  • Invoices
  • Residential Parking Permits

Other payment methods

Payment by post

Payment can be made by post using a cheque, money order or credit card.

If paying by credit card, you will need to ensure you complete all the details on the remittance section on the back of your rates account.
