Council Property
Home > About Council > Council Property
The Council owns and maintains a variety of property and infrastructure assets throughout the City.
The Council's property and infrastructure assets include community land and facilities owned by the Council, together with the Council’s public road and drainage network.
Property management is a key function of the Council and encompasses the full life-cycle of a Council asset from acquisition to ongoing use, maintenance and upgrade. This ensures that our public land, facilities and infrastructure can be used and enjoyed by the community for years to come.
