Our online services make it easy for you to do business with us 24 hours a day. You can access our online services via your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

Submitted reports are monitored during normal business hours.

Hard waste & e-waste collection request
Households and not-for-profit organisations are entitled to two free hard waste and e-waste collection services that can be scheduled any time during the financial year.

View your parking fine
If you have received a parking fine, you can view the expiation notice details including any photos that may have been taken. This information can help you decide on what action to take to resolve your fine.

Volunteer registration of interest
Whether you have experience in volunteering or are just starting out, the Council welcomes your interest in its volunteering program.

Please note, when you click on the Volunteer Application Form button you will be directed to a login screen. You will be asked to enter a unique username to identify yourself to our online Volunteer System. Once you have logged in to our system you can complete the application form.

Development application register
The Council’s online Development Application Register contains development applications lodged prior to 19 March 2021.
The PlanSA Online Development Application Register contains development applications lodged on or after 19 March 2021.
To access the right Development Application Register use the PlanSA Wizard to find out which register to use by entering details about when it was lodged.
Mandatory notifications
