Join us for a hands-on workshop designed especially for teens.

Topics covered in the workshop include:
What healthy self-esteem means and what it is composed of.
Identify weaknesses and strengths, learn how to embrace your strengths and how to minimize weaknesses, discover personal skills, traits and talents.
Strengthen self-support by understanding what you need and how to obtain it.
Learn how to build self-esteem through self-nurturing behaviour.

Each participant will receive a free goodie bag.

Two sessions to choose from:

Tuesday 9 July 10am - 12pm

Tuesday 9 July 1pm - 3pm

Bookings essential. 

$5 per person. For ages 12 to 18.
