Accessibility of this website
The City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters website has been designed to meet Level A of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 of the W3C (World-Wide Web Consortium).
Additionally, the website includes the UserWay accessibility menu, located at the middle right of each page and accessible via screen readers. From the menu, users can select from various accessibility profiles tailored to specific needs, including:
- blindness (screen reader support)
- colour blindness (colour contrast adjustments and filters)
- dyslexia (font and spacing changes to help with reading)
- seizure disorders (options to prevent flashing or strobing effects)
- ADHD (tools to reduce distractions)
- motor impairments (keyboard navigation aids).
