Mental Health Month at NPSP Libraries
As we recognise Mental Health Month this October, NPSP Libraries are committed to supporting your mental well-being by providing relaxed and welcoming environments and a wide variety of resources on the subjects of mental health and well-being.
The 2024 theme for South Australia’s Mental Health Month is “It’s time to talk about mental health.”
This theme is about encouraging South Australians to talk about their mental health and seek help when they need it.
