Targeting men 50 years plus who want to gain skills in meal planning and preparation, with the side benefits of socialisation, new friendships and fun.
10 Sessions one per month with a maximum of 10 participants per session.
Participants will receive printed recipes, and personalised apron.
Location: Payneham Centre Kitchen and Community Hall
Costs $15 per month which includes ingredients, 2 course meal shared at close of session.
