The Council Depot at Glynde is the operational base for the council's infrastructure, open space and waste management services.

Operations conducted from the Council Depot include public infrastructure management, which includes the design, development and construction of footpaths, roads and stormwater drainage.
The depot also hosts the Open Space Unit which develops parks, reserves and playgrounds, as well as the waste, recycling and engineering teams and plant nursery.
