The participant acknowledges and understands that participation in Ride2Work Day may involve riding on public roads used by traffic and is aware of any potential hazards involved with riding on roads and riding bikes in general. The participant hereby releases, exempts and indemnifies the organisers, sponsors and all other persons involved in Ride2Work Day from all liability whether in negligence or otherwise, which may arise in connection with participation in Ride2Work.

Privacy

All information collected (including personal information) will be managed and stored in accordance with the Council’s Privacy Policyprovided on this form will be used to collect data on riding habits in the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters on Ride2Work Day. Personal information will not be shared to any other party.
