Get ready for an awesome time as you roll, bend into bridges, and balance upside down in our Acro-tastic workshop!

You’ll start with a fun warm-up, followed by strength and flexibility exercises to prepare for the exciting acro skills ahead.

Learn how to do handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and even start tumbling like a pro. In this workshop, you'll gain confidence while building your strength and flexibility.
Plus, you’ll feel the thrill of nailing those cool skills!
Parents, your kids will be in a safe and fun environment where they can experience the excitement of acrobatics, learning skills they can keep building on. No experience necessary!
